On 4/28/17 at 6:52 a.m., Lori A. Youngman, 48, of 56 Lake View Drive, Oswego, was reportedly operating a 1997 GMC northeast on SR 104 in the town of Oswego, 2000 feet northeast of Fred Haynes Boulevard, when the vehicle rear-ended a 2014 Dodge being operated by Connie M. Monroe, 58, of 14 Galaxy Way, Oswego, which caused the Dodge to rear-end a 2003 GMC pickup being operated by Breanna R. Konu, 18, of 336 Lakeshore Road, Oswego, and the pickup to rear-end a 2016 Toyota pickup being operated by Hayne L. Gersbach, 32, of 20 Crestwood Drive, Oswego.
Ms. Youngman was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 4/28/17 at 5:38 p.m., Heather L. House, 33, of 627 Island Road, Fulton, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Talking on Mobile Phone following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the town of Granby.
Ms. House is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/15/17 in the Town of Granby Court.
On 4/28/17 at 6:32 p.m., Kayla E. Skipper, 23, of 1120 CR 85, Oswego, was operating a 2013 Nissan traveling north on CR 7 in the town of Hannibal when she reportedly lost control of the vehicle as it drifted right colliding with a mailbox before continuing north and turning onto Stock Road.
Ms. Skipper was issued a UTT for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
Steering failure seems to be a contributing factor.
On 4/28/17 at 8:37 p.m., Mallory J. Hamilton, 23, of 4495 SR 49, Fulton, was served a Criminal Summons issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court charging her with Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from an incident that occurred on March 23, 2017 in the town of Schroeppel.
She allegedly struck the victim multiple times.
Ms. Hamilton is scheduled to answer the charge on 5/10/17 in the Town of Schroeppel Court.
On 4/29/17 at 1:20 a.m., Michael J. Clark, 37, of 14 W. 11th, Apt. D8, Fulton, was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the town of Granby.
He allegedly put his hands around the victim’s neck along with shoving their head through a glass tank.
Mr. Clark was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court by Hon. Judge Schmidt and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000/$2,000 bail with a return to court on 5/1/17.
On 4/29/17 at 9:29 p.m., Anthony M. Haskell, 42, of 8083 Crockett Drive, Cicero, was arrested for DWI; Failure to Keep Right; Crossing Road Hazard Markings and Failure to Signal following a reckless driver complaint on SR 49 in the town of West Monroe.
Mr. Haskell was arraigned in the Town of West Monroe Court by Hon. Judge Sullivan and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond with a return to court on 5/22/17.
On 4/29/17 at 9:33 p.m., Tyler P. Petrie, 21, of 14 Forest Drive, Pulaski, was operating a 2016 Ford south on Hinman Road in the town of Richland, 1 mile north of Maltby Road, when the he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway, overturn and strike a fence and utility pole before coming to rest on the west side of the roadway.
Mr. Petrie and a passenger, Mikayla M. Petrie, 18, were both transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Mr. Petrie was issued a UTT for Speeding.
On 4/30/17 at 3:40 a.m., Jamie Kimbrough, 30, of 1218 W. Onondaga St., Apt 2, Syracuse, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony, AUO, 2nd degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 481 north in the town of Volney reportedly initiated when patrol confirmed the vehicle’s speed and a vehicle check resulted with the vehicle reportedly being stolen out of the city of Syracuse.
Mr. Kimbrough was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail.
He is scheduled to return to Town of Volney Court on 5/8/17.
On 4/30/17 at 6:13 p.m., Bradley L. Davis Jr., 21, of 10695 SR 13, Westdale, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion Court by Hon. Judge Allen.
Mr. Davis was arraigned by Hon. Judge Allen and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court on 6/5/17.
