On 6/7/12 at 8:25 a.m., Jamie L. Rowe, 33, of Cosgrove Road, Bldg. 13953, Sterling, was arrested for Registration Suspended (suspended on 10/27/11 for insurance lapse) following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the town of Oswego initiated by the LPR unit alerting.
Ms. Rowe was released on a UTT, returnable to the Town of Oswego Court on 6/25/12.
On 6/11/12 at 1:02 p.m., Tyler E. Drake, 18, of 6050 S. Main St., Sandy Creek, was arrested for Petit Larceny following the investigation into an incident at a town of Sandy Creek business in which he is accused of stealing cash.
Mr. Drake was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Sandy Creek Court on 6/21/12.
On 6/11/12 at 5:40 p.m., Roger L. Breckenridge, 43, of 89 Dewy Road, Mexico, was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony, Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Conspiracy, 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in May and his alleged participation in the theft of two antique tractors from a property in the town of Parish with a value of around $6,000.
Mr. Breckenridge was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond with a return to the Town of Parish Court on 6/12/12.
On 6/11/12 at 6:53 p.m., Cory J. Familo, 33, of 109 Maiden Lane Road, Oswego, was operating a 1999 Ford pickup east on SR 104 and approaching the intersection with CR 64 when his vehicle rear ended a 1998 Buick being operated by Denise J. Mannise, 43, of 3652 CR 6, Oswego, which pushed her vehicle into a 2001 Freightliner that was towing a trailer, registered to Trombley Transport of Chateauguay, NY, and being operated by Roger C. Sprague, 42, of 747 CR 23, Hannibal.
A passenger in Ms. Mannise’s vehicle, Demi R. Mannise, 14, was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Mr. Familo was issued UTTs for Following too Closely and Speed Not Reasonable.
On 6/12/12 at 2:45 a.m., April L. Robertson, 32, of 1347 US Rt. 11 Room 3, Hastings, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred at the Pine Grove Motel in the town of Hastings after she allegedly damaged the storm door glass and the front window in one of the motel’s rooms.
Ms. Robertson was arraigned in the Town of Parish Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to T/O Hastings Court on 6/13/12.
