Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 07/02/2018


On 6/26/18 at 2:20 p.m., Jessica L. Sperry, 33, of 1705 LeMoyne Ave., Apt. A10, Syracuse, was charged with False Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the town of Granby.
Ms. Sperry is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/23/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 6/28/18 at 8:15 p.m., Traci L. Thompson, 40, of 16 Castle Drive, Oswego, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Unregistered Vehicle and Speeding following a traffic stop CR 57 in the town of Scriba.
Ms. Thompson is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/19/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 6/29/18 at 7:48 a.m., Raymond T. Joss Jr., 45, of 262 Reed Ave., Syracuse, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a disabled vehicle incident on SR 481S in the town of Volney.
Mr. Joss is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/23/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 6/29/18 at 10:25 a.m., Wayne Martin, 57, of 161 Lake Road, Oswego, was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the town of Scriba.
Mr. Martin is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/19/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 6/29/18 at 10:34 a.m., Dustin M. Wettering, 35, of 23 Pollard Road, Lot 6, Hannibal, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal Court.
Mr. Wettering was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500/$5,000 bail with a return to T/O Hannibal Court on 7/10/18.

On 6/29/18 at 1:13 p.m., Roger R. Cassidy, 54, of 229 Kenyon Road, Mexico, was arrested for Arson, 3rd degree, a class C felony and Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following the investigation into a structure fire in the town of Mexico.
He allegedly poured gasoline throughout the residence then lit a roll of paper towels and threw it into the residence.
Mr. Cassidy was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond with a return to court on 7/17/18.

On 6/29/18 at 4:53 p.m., Justin R. Hood, 19, of 306 Sharp Road, Fulton, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a suspicious vehicle parked on Sharp Road in the town of Granby.
Mr. Hood is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/16/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 6/29/18 at 11:45 p.m., Denise L. Harrison, 48, of 44 Peckham St., Apt. 2, Rochester, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Illegal Signal following a traffic stop on Munger Hill Road in the town of Mexico.
Ms. Harrison is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/24/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

On 6/30/18 at 10:25 a.m., Sandra M. Hughes, 58, of 265 W. First St. S., Apt. 413, Fulton, was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the town of Volney.
Ms. Hughes is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/16/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 6/30/18 at 11:45 a.m., Dakota P. Sage, 22, of 104 Whittemore Road, Oswego, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred on 6/27/18 in the town of Volney.
He allegedly drove a vehicle through the victim’s yard causing damage.
Mr. Sage is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/16/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 6/30/18 at 2:09 a.m., James C. Maddison, 20, of 188 Mayflower Drive, Rochester, was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the town Scriba.
Mr. Maddison is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/19/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 6/30/18 at 3:40 p.m., Bryan K. Carvey, 25, of 7549 SR 104, Oswego, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the town of Granby Wal-Mart.
Mr. Carvey is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/9/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 6/30/18 at 3:44 p.m., Jenna L. Rupert, 24, of 61 E. 10 ½ St., Oswego, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
She was allegedly found to be in possession of a narcotic.
Ms. Rupert is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/19/18 in the City of Oswego Court.

On 6/30/18 at 8:06 p.m., Michael S. Glahn, 27, of 78 Gale Road, Cleveland, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor; Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor; AUO, 2nd degree; No License; Unsafe Movement of Stopped Vehicle; Speeding and Operator Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident following the investigation into a hit and run accident in the town of Constantia.
He allegedly struck a pole in the parking lot at a town of Constantia business with a vehicle taken from a town of Vienna resident in Oneida County.
Mr. Glahn allegedly shoved a victim and was asked to leave a property multiple times.
Mr. Glahn was turned over to the NYSP Oneida for further processing and is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/23/18 in the Town of Constantia Court.

On 6/30/18 at 9:30 p.m., Dallas M. Miller, 23, of 286 Ellisburg St., Sandy Creek, was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Drinking Alcohol in MV on Highway following the investigation into a property damage accident on West Avenue in the town of Sandy Creek.
The 2015 Chevrolet pickup he was reportedly operating southeast exited the roadway and struck fencing at 11 West Avenue.
Mr. Miller was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond with a return to court on 7/12/18.

On 7/1/18 at 12:47 p.m., Joshua Frank Vogel, 25, of 108 Marble Court, Smyrna, Tenn., was operating a 2005 Toyota pickup west on Rowlee Road in the town of Scriba when the vehicle proceeded through the intersection with Silk Road and collided with a 2013 Dodge traveling north and being operated by David John Miceli, 51, of 1047 Silk Road, Fulton.
Mr. Miceli and two passengers, Maureen M. Miceli, 47, and Nicholas J. Miceli, 15, were all transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.
Mr. Vogel was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.

On 7/1/18 at 2:50 p.m., Kyle A. St. Andrew, 24, of 10 Airport Road, Apt. 2, Fulton, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic incident in the town of Granby.
He allegedly grabbed the victim’s cell phone so they couldn’t call for help along with keeping them from exiting the residence.
Mr. St. Andrew was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 7/9/18.
