Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 10/15/2018

On 10/8/18 at 4:52 p.m., Mark E. Hart Jr., 30, of 3870 SR 69, Mexico, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Operating MV w/o Insurance; Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate and Inadequate Stop Lamps following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the town of Mexico.
Mr. Hart is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/6/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

On 10/9/18 at 10:24 a.m., John Kurtz was operating a 2013 Chevrolet pickup east on CR 15 in the town of Boylston, 200 feet west of Van Aukin Road, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to cross the double solid center line and collide with a 2008 Saturn traveling west and being operated by Phyllis A. Lebeau, 80, of 6216 US RT 11, A-4, Sandy Creek.
Ms. Lebeau was transported by ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown.
Mr. Kurtz was issued a UTT for Failure to Keep Right.

On 10/12/18 at 6:46 a.m., Tracy M. Dann, 45, of 131 Lincoln Ave., B, Mexico, was operating a 2014 Chevrolet south on CR 10 in the town of Schroeppel, 1 mile south of SR 49, when the vehicle reportedly collided with a deer that entered the roadway.
Ms. Dann was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse.

On 10/12/18 at 9:06 p.m., Tiffany Y. Phelps, 27, of 23 Pollard Road, Bldg. 10, Hannibal, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the town of Granby.
Ms. Phelps is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/12/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 10/12/18 at 10:37 p.m., Alec M. Seymour, 22, of 343 CR 10, Apt. B, Pennellville, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree (prevent emergency calling) and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, all class A misdemeanors following the investigation into an incident in the town of Schroeppel.
Mr. Seymour was arraigned in the Town of Schroeppel Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $3,000 bond with a return to court on 10/17/18.

On 10/13/18 at 12:38 p.m., Jessica L. Yerdon, 35, of 372 W. Fourth St. S., Apt. 1, Fulton, was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County.
Ms. Yerdon was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond with a return to Oswego County Family Court on 10/15/18.

On 10/13/18 at 12:45 p.m., Kelly N. Miller, 40, of 451 CR 11, Bldg. 20, West Monroe, was charged with Harassment, 2nd degree following the investigation into an incident that occurred on 9/29/18 in the town of West Monroe.
Ms. Miller is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/15/18 in the Town of West Monroe Court.

On 10/14/18 at 3:37 a.m., Myah K. Mayer, 18, of 619 W. First St. S., Fulton, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the town of Granby Wal-Mart.
Ms. Mayer is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/5/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 10/14/18 at 10:40 a.m., John F. Danquer, 38, of 99 Sommers Drive, Fulton, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Operating MV w/o Insurance; Registration Suspended and Speeding following a traffic stop on CR 8 in the town of Granby.
Mr. Danquer is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/5/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 10/14/18 at 4:04 p.m., Danielle C. Russitano, 38, of 414 W. Fourth St., Apt. 2, Rome, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the town of Granby Wal-Mart.
Ms. Russitano is scheduled to answer the charge on 11/5/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 10/15/18 at 6:15 a.m., Kenneth I. Taylor III, 31, of 18 Carter Road, Hannibal, was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Failure to Keep Right following a one-vehicle MVA on CR 7 in the town of Oswego.
Mr. Taylor is scheduled to answer the charges on 10/29/18 in the Town of Oswego Court.
