Cop Logs: Sheriff’s Office 11/08/2018

On 10/30/18 at 2:51 p.m., Breanna P. Stoutenger, 19, of 2710 CR 45, Fulton, was charged with False Inspection Certificate and Unauthorized Stickers or Handbills on Windshield or Rear Windows following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the town of Volney.
Ms. Stoutenger is scheduled to answer the charges on 11/19/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 11/3/18 at 5:05 p.m., Charles A. Koegel, 29, of 370 Gilbert Mills Road, Phoenix, was operating a 2015 Ford pickup registered to Fab Site Industries of Phoenix, in a northwest direction on CR 37 in the town of Hastings, ½ mile northwest of US Route 11, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike two mailboxes and a utility pole.
Mr. Koegel was issued UTTs for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Speed not Reasonable.
Alcohol involvement seems to have been a contributing factor.

On 11/7/18 at 12:40 p.m., Frederick J. Adams, 53, of 870 CR 53, Oswego, was operating a 2013 Dodge pickup east on Dutch Ridge Road in the town of Scriba when he reportedly pulled out onto SR 481 causing the vehicle to collide with a 2017 Mazda traveling north and being operated by Shannon Rose McClean, 20, of 29 Sumter Ave., E. Williston, NY.
Mr. Adams was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.

On 11/7/18 at 7:57 p.m., Edward H. Scruton, 26, of 845 Dutch Ridge Road, Oswego, was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of Oswego City Court following the investigation into a suspicious person incident on CR 4 in the town of Scriba.
Mr. Scruton was turned over to the Oswego City Police Department for further processing.
