FULTON, NY – Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s CYO program invites area youth to join them for Easter Fun Day on March 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Youth participating in the CYO Easter Fun Day will have the opportunity to make their own Easter basket; decorate Easter eggs; and have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny with a copy available for each child. They will also be able to design their own picture frame. There will be face painting as well as other arts and crafts activities available.
Additionally an Easter movie will be playing throughout the event, and there will be free snacks and refreshments.
Easter Fun Day is open to all youth and their families and all activities are free. Donations of non-perishable food items for Catholic Charities’ food pantry will be accepted during the Easter Fun Day.
“I encourage area youth and their families to visit the CYO program for our Easter Fun Day and discover all that the CYO has to offer youth in our area,” said George Timmins, coordinator of the CYO program.
The CYO program, funded in part by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services through the Oswego City / County Youth Bureau, has designed a variety of activities to aid in the recreational development of youth in Fulton, as well as the surrounding communities of Oswego County.
All activities are free of charge and are supervised by a trained staff.
Regular hours for CYO are Monday through Friday 3 – 7 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for grades 2 – 12.
