OSWEGO, NY – David L. Calderone, 66, of Oswego, died Friday April 13, 2018, in St. Joseph Hospital, Syracuse, after a sudden and brief illness.
He was born in Watertown, the son of the late Martin and Margaret (Wall) Calderone.
He grew up in the Mexico, NY, area and later moved to Oswego where he resided.
David enjoyed watching Buffalo Bills and the Atlanta Braves.
David was working as a baker for Garafolo’s, Oswego, at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his siblings, William (Cheri) Calderone of Oswego, Thomas (Gloria) Calderone of Oswego, August (Susan) Calderone of Fulton, Ann Calderone of Syracuse and Jean (Michael) Truckey of Massacheuttes; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Louis and Lawrence Calderone; and a great-niece, Sophia E. Call.
Calling hours will be Tuesday April 24, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
