David P. ‘Super Dave’ Rebeor, 70

FULTON, NY – David P. “Super Dave” Rebeor, 70, of Fulton, passed away at home Friday May 6, 2016, with his loving family by his side.

David P. ‘Super Dave’ Rebeor

David was born in Fulton to the late Paul and Virginia (Savoid) Rebeor and was a lifelong resident.

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam.

Super Dave retired from Nestle and then worked as a bus driver for Golden Sun, in Oswego.

He was predeceased by his grandson, Dylan.

David will be greatly missed by his wife of 36 years, Betty; his brother, Brent Rebeor; children, Rebecca (Timothy) Rebeor Temple, Lorianne Sherman, Debra (Roy) Sanderson, Shelly (Steve) Maurer, Chas (Selena) Stacey, Shawn Rebeor and David Rebeor; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held May 14 from 10 a.m. to noon with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

Burial with military honors will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Volney.

Donations in David’s memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior’s Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kans. 66675.

    So sorry to hear about Dave. He was a good friend in High School. In fact,although I now live in Texas, I have been trying to find him the past few months. I was just told about this from another HS friend. My prayers to out to your family. I wish I could be there to say goodbye.

    Attended high school with Dave , I believe his family lived on the Emory road back then . Heck of a nice guy .

    I Remember Dave from Fairgreive Jr High and High School,especially 8th Grade and intramural Basketball also of his playing the Horn. A good guy ,My condolences for your loss
