Dennis E. Sullivan, 55

Dennis E. Sullivan, 55 of Fulton, passed away Sunday at The Manor at Seneca Hill in Volney.

Born in Fulton he was a life resident of the area. Dennis worked for Millis Trucking. He was an Army veteran serving from 1972-1975.

He is survived by his children, Kimberlee, Elaine and Thomas; sisters, Diana, Carol; a brother, Mike; four grandchildren; two nieces and several cousins. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, E. Broadway, Fulton.

There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Resources of CNY, Inc., PO Box 237, E. Syracuse, NY 13057. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.

  1. Sorry to hear of your loss Dee and Carol. Dennis was one of the nicest people I have met in my life. I remember him sitting outside at the Manor when I use to go down to visit with my Mom. He would have his back toward me but when I spoke to say hi he always knew who I was and greeted me with a smile. He’s up there with your Mom and Dad now with no more suffering. He will be greatly missed. I love you all and keep your heads up and remember all the happy times with your Bro.

  2. My name is Joe Vaughn. First let me say I am sorry to hear of your loss. I have never met your family im am sorry to say. But i served with Dennis in the military in the 70s. We lost contract with each other after that. But i wanted you to know that he was the best friend a person could have.Always first to help. The world was a better place for all that knew him. Again im sorry to read this news as i grow older is often wonder what happen to my best friend. Waited to long to find him guess we all get to busy with life.God bless him he’ll be at he wheel, glad he did what he wanted.
