OSWEGO, NY – On Sunday at 9:38 a.m., Kenneth M. Cardinell, 20, of 32 Hay Fly Road, Oswego, was arrested for second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor and third-degree AUO, (suspended on 7/13/11 for failure to pay driver responsibility fee).
The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred on Saturday in the town of Scriba, when he allegedly approached the victim in a threatening manner with a hammer in his hand following an incident in which the victim allegedly almost hit Cardinell as he was walking down the middle of the roadway.
At the same time, Cardinell was arrested for third-degree AUO and fourth-degree criminal mischief based on the investigation into an incident in the town of Scriba where he allegedly threw a stone through the victim’s window and breaking it during an argument.
Cardinell was arraigned in the Town of New Haven Court and ROR’d.
He is to return to Town of Scriba Court on July 26.
