FULTON, NY – Diane S. Mills, 51, of Fulton, died at home on Thursday October 31, 2013, after a long illness.
She was born in Fulton and has been resident of Fulton for 20 years.
Mrs. Mills enjoyed writing poetry and working on latch hook.
She also loved making puzzles and playing video games.
Mrs. Mills was predeceased by her father, Theodore Lamie.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years: Alanson “Lance” Mills of Fulton; three children: Elissa (Lou) Mariotti of Florida, Elizabeth Mills of Fulton and Eliott Mills of Fulton; her mother, Marion Lamie of Cicero; four siblings: Jacklyn (Scott) Brown of Cicero, NY, Jan (Mike) Connor of Florida, James Lamie of Pennsylvania and David (Caroline) Lamie of Fulton; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., Fulton, with Rev. David Nethercott officiating.
Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
Calling hours will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Sugar Funeral Home.
