Dinosaur Radio’s George Hoffman to Emcee OCO Bowl-A-Fun


FULTON, NY – George Hoffman from The Dinosaur radio will provide the entertainment and serve as emcee for Oswego County Opportunities S.O.S. “Save Our Shelter” Bowl-A-Fun.

The fundraiser and bowling tournament will benefit OCO’s Runaway and Homeless Youth Shelter.

A vital resource for youth of Oswego County with no permanent housing, the shelter has an average occupancy rate of 96%. With the loss of its federal funding all proceeds from OCO’s S.O.S.

“Save Our Shelter” Bowl-A-Fun will be used to continue shelter operations, until additional funding can be secured.

Hoffman, who is a Navy veteran and also an OCO employee, can be heard on The Dinosaur radio stations – FM 87.7, 94.1, 95.3, 103.7, 103.9 and AM 1340 – every Thursday at 8:20 a.m.

OCO’s “Save Our Shelter” Bowl-A-Fun will be held April 29 beginning at noon at Lakeview Lanes, 723 W. Broadway in Fulton.
