Domestic Dispute Leads To Multiple Charges


OSWEGO – On 6/20/18 at 8:49 a.m., Anthony L. Feliciano, 23, of 38 Birch Lane, Bldg. 41C, Oswego, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following the investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred in the town of Scriba.

Mr. Feliciano was arraigned in the Town of Minetto Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $15,000 or $30,000 bond.

He was to return to Town of Scriba Court on 6/21/18.

At the same time, Mr. Feliciano was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony; Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the town of Scriba.

He allegedly refused to allow the victim, of which has an active order of protection filed against him, to leave the residence by holding them down and grabbing them as they tried to leave the residence.

He also allegedly stole the victim’s cell phone.

Mr. Feliciano was arraigned in the Town of Minetto Court and remanded to the OCJ on above bail with a return to Town of Scriba Court.

He was also arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into the same domestic dispute.

He allegedly forced entry into another residence to avoid law enforcement, causing the door to get damaged.

Mr. Feliciano will return to the Town of Scriba Court.
