On May 16, Andrew J. Galluzi, 21, of 39 Manorview Way Manorville, NY, was arrested in Suffolk County New York based upon an Oswego County Court arrest warrant.
The arrest warrant was issued after Galluzi was indicted by an Oswego County Grand Jury for one count each of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, with intent to sell, both Class B Felonies.
The Grand Jury indictment and subsequent arrest warrant were based on the following allegations:
On Friday May 9, 2014, Investigators with the Oswego City Police Departments Anti-Crime Team (ACT) purchased cocaine, a narcotic drug, from Galluzi within the city of Oswego.
Galluzi was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in Oswego County Court.
