DSS Commissioner Recognized by Legislature


The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presents Frances Lanigan with a certificate of appreciation for her 36 years of service. Lanigan is retiring from her position as commissioner of the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
