FULTON – The Oswego County Department of Social Services (DSS) hosts an informational meeting for people who are interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents.
The session runs from 9 to 11 a.m. on April 4 in their offices at 806 West Broadway in Fulton.
Oswego County DSS is looking for people who would like to become foster parents, particularly for children ages 8 and over who may have special needs for supervision.
All children available for adoption through the agency have been in foster care for a period of time.
Typically, the children are ages 10 and older and have special needs.
Oswego County also needs Hispanic foster parents.
