EAA, the Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 486, located at the Oswego County Airport, County Route 176, Fulton, will partner with the FR Sussey Composite Squadron (Civil Air Patrol) on September 8 from 7 a.m. to noon to honor our Emergency organizations and our Veterans and especially to pay tribute to the victims of 9/11.
From May to September, the chapter with the assistance of the cadets and seniors of the Civil Air Patrol, host a pancake breakfast on the second Sunday of each month from 7 a.m. to noon.
The menu includes pancakes, eggs, French toast, sausage, ham and homefries. Adults eat for $8, seniors $6 and $4 for children.
As September is our last breakfast of the year and also coincides with 9/11 and Emergency Preparedness month, we invite you to attend this informative and moving program.
The formal program to honor the victims of 9/11 will begin at 10 a.m. and is free to the public.
EAA 486 would like to thank all of our customers who have patronized our breakfasts in the past and hope to see them at this memorial event.
The CAP Color Guard will be taking part in the event, along with special guests, fire departments and local dignitaries.
