OSWEGO, NY – Edward Krul, 87, a resident of Scriba, passed away on Friday October 18, 2013, at his home.
Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late Andrew and Catherine (Swiatlowski) Krul and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
He was employed with the family business, Krul’s Dairy, for several years.
He had also been employed with the Maintenance department for the Oswego City School District for more than 20 years.
Surviving are his five children, Edward (Vickie) Krul of Herron, NY, John (Dawn) Krul of North Wolcott, NY, William Krul of Florida, Larry (Juanita) Krul of Georgia and Charles (Cathy) Krul of Springfield, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Edna Krul; a sister, Blanche Krul; three brothers, Frank, Stanley and Joe Krul; and his grandson, Michael Krul.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from St.Stephen’s Church.
Burial will be in St.Peter’s Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
