I didn’t know your family member, but here in Oswego, I am sure I would recognize his face. You have my condolences. As someone who has frequented SPAC events for over 40 years, I know where it was you suffered your loss. My heart stopped when I heard onYNN it was someone from Oswego. I am so sorry, and I pray for your family.

    God bless you!

This is so sad. I had a great deal of respect for Ed as he was so pleasant to work with and so professional. Ed did so much for me, the IS Department, Behavorial Services and the hospital as whole while I was the CIO at Oswego. He will surely be missed. Lucy and I are praying for the family in their time of loss.
