Elmira College Students Named to Dean’s List for Academic Achievement for the Spring 2014 Term

ELMIRA, NY – Elmira College released its Dean’s List for Academic Achievement for the Spring 2014 Term.

The Dean’s List recognizes students that have a grade point average of 3.6 or higher.

Abigail Waldron ’16 of Williamstown is currently studying Biology and Chemistry at the College.

Brandon Payne ’17 of Hastings is currently studying Adolescence Education: Mathematics and Social Studies at the College.

Dylan Zink ’14 of Cato is currently studying English Literature at the College.

Emily Warchol ’14 of Pulaski is currently studying International Studies at the College.

James Metcalf ’15 of Oswego is currently studying Business Administration at the College.

Elmira College is a private, coeducational, liberal arts college founded in 1855, located in Elmira.

The college has an undergraduate enrollment of approximately 1,200 full-time students, of which twelve percent are valedictorians or salutatorians of their high schools or preparatory schools.

Currently, there are 184 part-time undergraduate students and 136 graduate students at the college.

Students come from 35 states and more than 20 countries.
