Enjoy Tea with Queen at Mexico Point Park

MEXICO – The Queen invites you to an Afternoon Tea fundraiser to support the maintenance and restoration of Casey’s Cottage on June 28, at 2 p.m. at Casey’s Cottage nestled in beautiful Mexico Point Park on the shore of Lake Ontario.

Some tasty treats await
Some tasty treats await

Come meet Queen Edwina and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of conversation, music, delicious tea and treats in the unique setting of Casey’s Cottage.

Casey’s Cottage is one of the most amazing places in Oswego County having been designed to resemble an 11th century English manor house by Dr. William Casey, a professor at Columbia University and Severin Bishof, Casey’s artist friend.

If you have not toured the cottage you are in for an unusual treat.

There is nothing like it in Central New York.

Cost $10 per person and $5 for those 12 and younger.

A great event for all ages.

For reservations, call Betty at 963-7657 or email [email protected] before June 25.

Plan to take time to walk the two trails at the park and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Mexico Point Park is great every day but don’t miss our two big July events: The redneck cookout and the annual band concert with fireworks.
