Solo Art Exhibition for Lee Shelton at the Art Association of Oswego

The Art Association of Oswego announces the opening of a new art exhibition on Saturday,

July 20th with an opening reception from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. The show is called Illustrations and Other

Animals, new work by artist Lee Shelton. The reception is free and open to the

public.

Lee Shelton is a multi-talented graphic designer, fine artist and educator, who is also an animal lover. She has an M.S. and a B.A. from Syracuse University. She is currently the Graphic Design Coordinator at Bryant and Stratton College in Liverpool. Her expertise ranges from digital media to paint to pastel. She can often be found teaching drawing workshops for the Art Association of Oswego and elsewhere. Her fondness for animals, especially dogs and horses, is evident in her artwork.

This show will continue until Sunday, September 8th. Weekend gallery hours are from 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and from 1 pm to 4 pm on Sundays. Weekday gallery hours are from 10 am to 2 pm on Wednesdays. The Art Association of Oswego is located at the northern end of East 4th Street in Oswego directly across from Fort Ontario.
