Expert in Legacies, Endowments for Nonprofits to Speak

OSWEGO — SUNY Oswego’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence and Leave a Legacy of Oswego County will offer executives and managers of nonprofit organizations a presentation on managing legacies and endowments on Wednesday, Oct. 20.

Peter Dunn, executive director of the Central New York Community Foundation, will appear from 8 to 10:30 a.m. in the Riverside Room of the Econolodge, 70 E. First St., in a presentation titled “Managing Legacies and Endowments: Your Seeds to Growth.”

The program, designed to help nonprofits deal with gifts and fulfilling donor wishes, will cost $12, including program materials. Checks should be made payable to OBCR (the SUNY Oswego Office of Business and Community Relations), c/o Oswego College Foundation, Room 103 of Rich Hall.
