OSWEGO, NY – Pictured are the five families that participated in the 2011 Family Boat Building Program.
It was offered by the Oswego Maritime Foundation, the H. Lee White Marine Museum with support from the SUNY Oswego Technology Department.
Under the direction of Rich Bush and Dan Tryon and SUNY students and volunteers, each family was able to build their boat within three days.
While most families were local residents, one as from the Rochester area.
This program was made possible thanks to the support of Raby’s ACE Home Center.
