The grant was awarded to Farnham to support a new ChartMaker Suite Electronic Medical Records System.
â€œWeâ€™re extremely pleased and grateful to have received the support of The Gifford Foundation,â€ said Unger. â€œThe technology that this system provides our organization is tremendous, and will streamline patient data and operational processes significantly.â€
The Gifford Foundation is a private foundation dedicated to its stewardship of the funds entrusted to its care. Established in 1971, Farnham Family Services is a United Way agency that offers prevention services, school-based student assistance and treatment services to all residents of Oswego and surrounding counties. All services are licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
