The Fastrak Racing Series will sanction the new Crate Late Model Class at both Brewerton Speedway and Fulton Speedway for the 2010 race season in an announcement made at the recent National Parts Peddler Auction and Trade Show at the New York State Fairgrounds. The naming of the Fastrak sanctioning came just over a month after the tracks’ announcing their plans to race Crate Late Models at both Central New York facilities in 2010.
The response from those in attendance about the Fastrak Crate Late Models at both Brewerton and Fulton Speedway was tremendous. Michael Sweet, Regional Director of Fastrak, along with Brewerton Speedway and Fulton Speedway officials were present at the Parts Peddler show to answer questions regarding the new affiliation for the 2010 season. On display was a LJL Racing Team Fastrak Late Model with a 604 crate engine in place. Both current and former racers were seeking information on the new class that will hit Central New York in April of 2010.
