Fatal Crash In Williamstown Lands Pulaski Man In Jail

A Pulaski man is in jail today, charged in connection with the accident that killed another man Sunday.

The crash happened at about 8:35 p.m. along State Route 183 at the intersection with Sol Davis Rd. in Williamstown.

State Police say Patrick Wesseldine, 26, of 154 Krebbs Rd, Pulaski, drove his SUV into the intersection while Edward Lazore, 24, of 268 Cable Rd, Williamstown, had the right of way on his motorcycle. The cycle and SUV collided. Lazore was thrown from the motorcycle. Lazore died at the scene of the crash.

Wesseldine was charged with a felony count of vehicular manslaughter as well as misdemeanor and infraction counts of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and several vehicle and traffic infractions. He was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
