FULTON, NY – (By Dave Medler) – This Saturday night, August 31st will be the final points night of the 2013 racing season as the Fulton Speedway will crown track champions. Right after that things will be put in high gear with all roads leading to the prestigious, 28th Annual Outlaw 200 Weekend at the route 57 speedway.
On the race card presented by Tracey Road Equipment this Saturday will be the Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modifieds, SUNY Canton Sportsman, NAPA Late Models, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman and Four Cylinder Stocks. There will also be a ladies race to show off their skills behind the wheel.
Who’s your pick to win the 2013 Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modified championship? Only 29 points separate the top-three in the standings. All drivers are looking to end the points season on a high note heading into the Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Facility Outlaw 200 presented by SUNY Canton. Here are the top-five in the points coming into Saturday. Pat Ward (730) Ryan Phelps (710) Larry Wight (701) Tom Sears Jr. (674) Billy Decker (658).
Congratulations goes out to Beth Schneider, as she is the Track Champion in the SUNY Canton Sportsman. Look for another great race this Saturday as more than 30 cars signed in the pits a week ago.
After a great 50 lap feature last week, the NAPA Late Models will crown their champion. Here are the top-five in the standings. Dale Caswell (832) Rick Miller (814) Alan Fink (774) AJ Kingsley (704) Sean Beardsley (644).
The E&V Energy Novice Sportsman continue to pull in around 20 cars a week in this division. Last week saw a first time winner as James Carlson drove into victory lane. Gary Hoppins is the 2013 Track Champion.
Skip DeGroff will come into the final point night with his second Four Cylinder Stock Championship. Second through fifth coming into Saturday are, Eric Zirbel, Mark Johnston, Justin Buske and Keith Zirbel.

Laps are for sale for the 28th Annual, Sunoco Fulton Ethanol Plant Outlaw 200 Weekend presented by SUNY Canton On Friday & Saturday, October 4-5. This is way for fans to show their support of the their favorite driver and businesses to get their name out there to a huge racing crowd. For just $25 a lap, your laps will be announced throughout the event by the track announcers, laps will be posted on the big board on the concession stand wall on the midway and will be in the combo Outlaw 200& Brewerton Speedway Hurricane 100 program. Gates will open Saturday at 5:00 with racing at 7:00. Adult admission will be $12 with everyone 18 years old and younger FREE. Pit admission is $25 Members/$30 Non-Members.
