Former NASA Astronaut to Speak at Mexico Schools

Story Musgrave (M.D. and former NASA Astronaut) will visit Mexico Academy and Central Schools to speak with the students and the community on the importance of STEM education.

He will present to the public on April 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mexico Middle School.

A showcase of MACS student and teacher work will be available at 5:30 p.m. in the Mexico Middle School Auditorium.

Musgrave holds numerous bachelor’s and master’s degrees ranging from literature to business administration as well as a doctorate in medicine.

United States Marine Corps veteran, doctor, astronaut, scientist, Kentucky native, father and artist, Musgrave enjoys chess, gardening, parachuting, photography, flying and more.
