FULTON, NY – On November 7, Paul Foster will be honored at the Friends of History Annual Celebration Dinner.

Paul Foster

Paul has a life-long commitment to both Fulton and to Oswego County.

Paul is the third generation owning and operating the Foster Funeral Home in Fulton.

He has been active in various community centered organizations that serve our community.

The event will be held at the Fulton Polish Home 153 W. First St.

The cost is 30.
