Fulton Lions Club Donates $1,000 To Stone Soup, Too!

FULTON, NY – Ali McGrath, resource development director for the United Way of Greater Oswego County, accepted a check for $1,000 from Fulton Lions Club President Michelle Stanard, in support of Stone Soup, Too! luncheon.

It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 10 at Holy Trinity Church, 309 Buffalo St., Fulton.

“We have supported this wonderful event for many years,” Stanard said. “For just a $5 donation, a participant can enjoy soup, salad and desert in support of our local food pantries.”

The Fulton Lions Club, also known for its Lions Loot Sweepstakes, (April 20, 2018); Lions Mane Event Comedy Night and annual Duck Derby, provides financial assistance for those in need of eyeglasses, eye exams and hearing aids to residents in the greater Fulton area.
