FULTON – An investigation by the Oswego County Drug Task Force and the Fulton City Police Department lead to the arrest of Chance Nathaniel Stewart, 34, of Fulton.
The investigation into sales of heroin resulted in the issuance of an Oswego County superior warrant of arrest for Stewart.
Stewart was charged with the following offenses:
• Criminal sale of a controlled substance, 3rd degree, class B felony, three counts
• Criminal possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree, class B felony, three counts.
The present charges represent an allegation that the defendants engaged in such conduct. As a matter of law, defendants are presumed to be innocent of charges.
Stewart was arraigned by Hon. Donald E. Todd of the Oswego County Court and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center without bail and is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Court on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.
