Fulton Man Charged with Cocaine Possession

FULTON, NY – On Sunday, at about 1:10 a.m., Fulton Police charged Michael L. Myers, 47 of South Twelfth Street in Fulton with cocaine possession with intent to sell.

Myers was observed allegedly urinating in front of the 7-Eleven store at 201 W. Broadway in Fulton by a police officer.

The officer stopped and placed Myers under arrest.

Upon a search incident to arrest, four individual baggies of an off-white powdery substance were found in Myers’ pants pocket, according to police.

The substance reportedly field tested positive for the presence of cocaine.

The aggregate weight of the substance was 2.1 grams.

Myers was charged with the following offenses:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree – B felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree – D felony; and Disorderly Conduct – violation.

Myers was arraigned in Fulton City Court by Judge Hawthorne and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center without bail.
