OSWEGO, NY – A Fulton man burglarized two Scriba residences, deputies said.
On Wednesday at 12:18 p.m., Brandon L. Flynn, 29, of 3605 S. Seventh St., Fulton, was arrested for second-degree burglary, a class C felony and third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
He is accused of entering a town of Scriba residence in June, stealing jewelry, electronics and prescription medications from within.
At the same time, Flynn was also arrested for second-degree burglary, a class C felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
This arrest stems from an incident that occurred at another town of Scriba residence in July during which he allegedly unlawfully entered and stole electronics, software, and electronics.
Flynn was arraigned before the Oswego County Court Judge Walter Hafner, on behalf of the town of Scriba, on all four charges.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear before Town of Scriba Court today (Aug. 2) to answer the charges.
Investigation into the incident is pending at this time.
