FULTON, NY – One person was arrested recently by the Oswego County Drug Task Force after a joint investigation conducted by members of the task force and the City of Fulton Police Department.
A search warrant was conducted on May 20 and reportedly resulted in the recovery of 28 bags of heroin in glassine envelopes and/or plastic packaging and a morphine tablet.
Daniel Vincent Craig, 21, of Fulton, was charged with the following as a result of the search warrant:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, class B Felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, class A Misdemeanor; and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, class A Misdemeanor.
Craig was processed on an Arrest Warrant and arraigned in the City of Fulton Court on May 21 by Hon. David Hawthorne and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 secure bail bond.
He is due back in Fulton City Court on June 4 at 9 a.m.
