OSWEGO, NY – A Fulton man was arrested for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a child.
On Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 9:25 a.m., Douglas Loomis, 37, of 92 ½ Lyons St., Fulton, was arrested on one count of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class B Felony.
The arrest stems from the investigation into incidents that occurred at a village of Central Square residence where he engaged in acts of sexual intercourse with the victim who was less than 13 years of age between October 2010 and June 2013, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Loomis was remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Central Square Court on Aug. 19.
