OSWEGO, NY – A Fulton resident has been charged with allegedly sexually abuse minors.
On July 5 at 12:10 p.m., Clarence W. Loomis, 52, of 138 Emery St., Fulton, was arrested for first-degree sex abuse, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in December of 2011 at his residence.
He allegedly subjected a male victim under the age of 17 to sexual contact.
Mr. Loomis was arraigned before the Hon. James Aluzzi, Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to return to court on July 30.
On July 5 at 7:30 p.m., Loomis was arrested for first-degree criminal sex act, a class B felony; second-degree sex abuse, a class A misdemeanor; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
This arrest stems from an incident that occurred in 2010 at his residence during which he allegedly engaged in oral sexual contact with a male under the age of 14.
Mr. Loomis was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond.
He is scheduled to appear before Town of Volney Court on July 09 to answer the charges.
