Fulton Police say they nabbed three men who they believe broke into a Seneca St. home on Christmas Day.

Police say that at 2:59 p.m. Christmas afternoon, officers responded to a call that said a burglary may be happening at a home in the 400 block of Seneca St.

Officers stopped a vehicle that had just left the scene. Inside the vehicle were three men who police say had just stolen items of value from the home while the people who live there were away.

Police charged Christopher R. Lando, 28; Dwayne A. Wells, 22; and Scott A. Wells, 35, all of Fulton, with felony counts of burglary and grand larceny and a misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

Lando and Dwayne Wells were also charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and possessing burglar’s tools.

They were arraigned in Fulton City Court, where the judge sent them to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
