FULTON, NY – The Fulton Noon Rotary Club invites two high school students for lunch each month.
Rotarian Nancy Kush Ellis presented a certificate of achievement to Danielle Rupert and Noah Sorbello at this month’s meeting.
Danielle excels in two distinct fields, bowling and music.
She plays Grade 6 clarinet in area and state music festivals.
Danielle also is a top bowler on an undefeated girls’ bowling team.
She is a member of the National Honor Society and volunteers at her church and for many community activities.
Danielle plans on attending college at Nazareth in Rochester and majoring in Nursing.
Noah has lived on a farm all of his life and enjoys the farm work with other family members.
He excels in math and science and plans on attending college for mechanical engineering after graduation from G. Ray Bodley High School.
His preference for college would be the University of Michigan.
Noah takes several Advance Placement courses.
He has volunteered in the community in numerous ways, but his most favorite way of helping others is to tutor underclassman in math.
Noah is also a member of the National Honor Society at Fulton High School.
