Members of the Fulton community came out to thank Assemblyman Will Barclay (R,C,I,Ref–Pulaski) today for securing a $100,000 legislative grant for the City of Fulton. The grant will assist the city in building a stairwell along the river embankment next to Veteran’s Park on South First Street.
