Kimberly A. Hewitt, 35, of 106 S. Seventh St., Fulton was charged Nov. 26 with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment. Police allege she entered a home on Emery St. and punched a male in the face. Police allege she returned a short time later and damaged a laptop computer.
Jeremie J. Brownrigg, 33, of 1100 Emery St., Apt. 233 was arrested Nov. 26 on a warrant alleging failure to appear in Clay Town Court.
Michael J. Sanderson, Jr., 25, of 200 S. Third St., Apt. 4, Fulton was arrested Nov. 27 on a warrant from Fulton City Court alleging failure to appear as ordered. He was also charged with falsely reporting an incident, obstructing governmental administration, harassment and criminal tampering for allegedly calling 911 to report a burglary police say never happened. While police were at the home investigating, they allege he jumped out of a second floor window to avoid being arrested on the warrant. Police found him in the 800 block of Manhattan Ave., where they allege he fought with officers, kicking one in the leg. While in the patrol car, police allege he kicked a window and damaged the metal bar protecting the window. Additionally, he was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument for allegedly depositing a $500 check into a newly created bank account at Community Bank, a check allegedly stolen from another person on Nov. 19.
Richard J. Reinhardt, III, 19, of 524 Rochester St., Fulton was charged Nov. 27 with criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of stolen property and attempting to commit petit larceny. Police allege he tried to withdraw $80 from another person’s bank account using an allegedly forged check.
Christina J. Hill, 19, of 19 W. Eleventh St., Fulton was charged Nov. 27 with criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly selling a stolen iPad to Pawn Boss.
Zachary R. Parker, 20, of 16 W. Eleventh St., Fulton was charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly having a stolen black mongoose scooter on Oct. 3 that had been reported stolen, and that he possessed an iPad stolen on Oct. 3 and pawned at Pawn Boss with another person.
Douglas I. Mesick, 25, of 580 S. First St., Fulton was charged Nov. 27 for unlawful imprisonment and assault for allegedly punching a woman in the face several times and allegedly cornered her in a bathroom and would not allow her to leave.
Brandon A. Hammond, 23, of 161 S. Fifth St., Fulton was charged Nov. 28 with rape for allegedly having sex with a 23 year old woman without her consent on Nov. 22.
Daniel R. McEwen, Jr., 20, of 154 Cedar St., Apt. 2, Fulton was charged Nov. 28 with unlawful possession of marijuana for allegedly having two plastic bags of a substance consistent with marijuana and for having a digital scale with a residue consistent with marijuana.
Anthony L. Richardson, 18, of 190 W. First St. N., Fulton was arrested Nov. 29 on a warrant from Fulton City Court alleging failure to appear as ordered.
Frank W. Reis, 34, of 410 Phillips St., Fulton was arrested Nov. 29 on a warrant from the Syracuse Police Department.
Scott D. Destevens, 40, of 172 W. Eighth St., Oswego was charged Nov. 29 with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment. Police allege that they arrived at a home on W. Fourth St. to investigate a reported domestic dispute. They allege that Destevens met them in the driveway and, when asked his name, he said he was going inside the house and turned to leave. As police believed that the victim of the alleged possible violence was in the home, the officer ordered Destevens to stop several times. Police allege that Destevens pulled away from officers, threatened to head-butt them, and bumped his chest into an officer. On Nov. 30, he was charged with assault for allegedly kicking a woman several times in the chest during a domestic dispute.
Christopher C. Cughan, 48, of 214 S. Fifth St., Fulton was charged Nov. 30 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police allege he stole approximately $3 in loose change from the center console of a vehicle. While being searched during his arrest, police allege they found a bottle containing controlled substances, Alprazolam and Endocet, in his pocket.
Ernest R. Delaney, Jr., 34, of 163 Balf Rd., Norwich was charged Nov. 30 with unlawful possession of marijuana for allegedly possessing a pipe with marijuana residue in the bowl.
Stephen L. Powell, 28, of 363 W. Third St. S., Fulton was charged Dec. 1 with two counts of assault for an altercation reported Nov. 22 in which he allegedly hit the victim in the face, causing three broken orbital bones in his left eye and a cut lip. A second person allegedly suffered an abrasion to the left eye, a cut to the chin and the loss of consciousness. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment for allegedly punching a 13 year old in the jaw.
Dustin L. Ernestine, 18, of 367 W. Fourth St. S., Fulton was charged Dec. 1 with possessing alcohol under the age of 21 for allegedly carrying while walking on a city sidewalk eleven cans of Busch beer, a 1.75 liter bottle of Jose Cuervo Strawberry Lime Margaritas, a 1.75 liter bottle of Black Velvet Canadian Whiskey, and a 1.75 liter bottle of T.G.I. Fridays Strawberry Daiquiri with Rum.
Nicole M. Perchway, 35, of 45 Cedarwood Dr., Oswego was charged Dec. 1 with petit larceny for allegedly taking $92.25 worth of items from Dollar General: A Nice and Easy hair color; Aussie hair spray; Elegant nail glue; two Seafoam motor treatment; Dollar General mucous relief; Eye Shadow brush; two Kiss artificial nails; Dove Body Wash; Aussie Spray gel; Suave Lotion; Little Tree three pack air freshener; Noxema eyebrow shaper; Makeup Brush; Cosmetic Applicators; Dollar General pore strips; Dove body spray; Noxema Razors; Clear womens shampoo; Clear womens conditioner; and Covergirl powder makeup, all allegedly concealed in her purse and on her body.
Codey W. Wallis, 23, of 402 Cayuga St., Fulton was arrested Dec. 2 on a bench warrant from Fulton City Court alleging failure to provide proof of 10 hours of community service.
Ryan E. Ahart, 26, of 4955 State Route 3, Mexico, was charged Nov. 30 with criminal mischief for allegedly banging his knee on a table at the Dunkin’ Donuts on S. Second St., breaking it free from the floor and damaging floor tiles. Damage estimated at $291.60.
