Fulton Police Charge Man With Exposing Himself To Children

FULTON, NY – At about 10:52 a.m. Thursday, the Fulton Police responded to the K-mart store located at 41 Riverglen Plaza, to investigate the report of an elderly male who exposed his genitals to two small children.

The responding officers, acting on information from store employees, located the suspect at the Dollar Tree store next to K-mart.

The suspect, identified as 61-year-old Dean M. Suboski of Phoenix, admitted to investigating officers, that he had in fact exposed his genitals to two small children in K-mart.

During the investigation, officers learned that Suboski allegedly lifted up his shorts while in the Men’s department, exposing his genitals to a five-year-old boy and three-year-old girl while their mother had her back turned.

The mother was not aware of the incident until after the suspect left the store and her children told her what happened, police said.

Suboski was processed at the Fulton Police Department, arraigned and sent to Oswego County Jail on $500 cash bail.

It is unknown if this was an isolated incident, or if Suboski has done this before.

Suboski  was charged with public lewdness – class B misdemeanor and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts) – Class A Misdemeanor.
