Fulton Police Charge Pair with Multiple Crimes

FULTON, NY – Following an extensive investigation, Fulton Police investigators arrested Peter J. Maliszewski, 40 of Canastota, and Joseph Fetkiw Jr., 35 of West Third Street,  Fulton, in connection with several felonies, including robbery, burglary, assault, and grand larceny.

Investigators believe that Maliszewski and Fetkiw were responsible for a host of crimes committed in the city over the past month before they were arrested.

Maliszewski was arraigned on April 17 and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center without bail.

Fetkiw was arraigned on April 25 in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Public Safety Center on $20,000 cash bail.

Their respective charges are listed below.

Maliszewski: Burglary 1st, Robbery 2nd, Burglary 2nd, Burglary 3rd, Grand Larceny 4th, Criminal Mischief 3rd and 4th (two counts), Assault 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th, Theft of Services and Petit Larceny.

Fetkiw: Burglary 2nd and 3rd (two counts each), Criminal Mischief 3rd (two counts) and 4th (two counts), Grand Larceny 4th (two counts), Petit Larceny (four counts) and Criminal Possession Stolen Property 5th.
