FULTON, NY – During the early morning hours today (Dec. 1), the city of Fulton Police Department, along with members of the New York State Police and the Oswego County Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 7 N. Seventh St. in the city of Fulton.
Inside the two-family residence, police reportedly discovered a large quantity of materials associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine.
The materials had been recently used to manufacture the end product drug, which was also located at the scene, according to police.
Six children were present during the search warrant and they were assisted by child protective services.
As a result of the investigation, the following arrests were made:
Tyko J. Delaney, 30, of 7 N. Seventh St., Fulton
Margaret S. Mothersell, 23, of 7 N. Seventh St., Fulton
Michael A. Webber Jr., 34, of 7 N. Seventh St., Fulton
George D. Call, 20, of 720 Oneida St., Fulton.
All charged with: Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine 2nd degree (C Felony), Unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine 3rd degree (D Felony), Conspiracy in the fourth degree (E Felony), Endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts) (Class A misdemeanor).
Tyko J. Delaney and Margaret S. Mothersell were also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree (Class A misdemeanor).
Charlene E. Delaney, 25, of 7 N. Seventh St., Fulton was charged with: Conspiracy in the fourth degree (Class E Felony), Criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material 2nd Degree (2 counts) (Class A Misdemeanor), Endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts) (Class A misdemeanor).
More arrests are possible upon completion of the investigation.
