The Fulton Rotary Club recently awarded the annual Sandy and Sylvia Squires Scholarships to four alumni of G. Ray Bodley High School. Sandy Squires, a Syracuse Rotarian, was an Honorary Member of the Fulton Rotary Club for many years. Sandy was an avid fan of both high school and Syracuse University sports programs. The scholarships are named in honor of Sandy and his wife, Sylvia. The competition for the Squires Student-Athlete scholarships among the Bodley athletes is very strong each year. The scholarships are four year awards for $500 each year.
