FULTON, NY – Students, parents and community members in the Fulton City School District will have an opportunity to explore a variety of job sectors during an upcoming career fair.
Sponsored by Fulton Community School, the event will be held from 4-6 p.m. May 14 at the Fulton Junior High School.
Attendees will have the chance to talk to a variety of local businesses and organizations that will share their experiences and highlight the soft and hard skills required to succeed in their line of work.
Representatives from Cayuga Community College, the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation and Oswego County Opportunities will be on hand to discuss college and career readiness and the vocational opportunities available in our county.
“This is a great opportunity for students to explore many possible career choices and connect with people who been successful in that field,” said Geri Geitner, FCSD’s director of Student Support Services. “We hope to see you there.”
