Fulton Speedway To Host 25 $1,000-To-Win Upstate Sportsman Alliance With Outlaw 200 Weekend Spot Up For Grabs

FULTON, NY – This Saturday night, July 25, the Sportsman takes center stage when race number five of the FX Caprara Car Companies Upstate Sportsman Alliance comes to the ‘Highbanks’ of the Fulton Speedway.

Some of the best Sportsman talent in Upstate New York will not only be battling for 30 laps and the $1,000 winner’s share but will also be looking to grab an important guaranteed starting spot for the lucrative Industrial Tire Of CNY Sportsman Shootout 50 during the 30th Annual Outlaw 200 Weekend October 2-3 at the Fulton Speedway.

This Saturday’s race will have heats lined up by a draw, with no track handicapping. The feature will have a redraw, with the number of spots determined by how many heat races are run.

The Fulton Speedway track regulars led by defending track champion Ron Davis III and current point leader Tony Finch II will be looking to keep the cash and Outlaw 200 Weekend- Industrial Tire Of CNY Sportsman Shootout 50 spot home. With the strength of the Sportsman throughout the region it’s anyone’s guess who will be visiting victory lane.

Also on the Fulton Speedway race card this Saturday will be the Tracey Road Equipment Modifieds, NAPA Late Models, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman, Hilton’s Automotive Four-Cylinders plus the Jr. Fan Club Bike Giveaway.

Adult grandstand admission July 25 will be $12 with everyone 18 years old and younger free. Pit admission is $27 participant/$30 non-participant. Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m.
