Investigation at the scene revealed Carrie F. Dalton, 36, from 408 S. Fourth St., Fulton, allegedly concealed several unpaid items in a shopping cart under shopping bags containing paid items.

She then passed all points of sale and exited the store without rendering payment for the remaining items.

Dalton was taken into custody and charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree, a class “D” felony, as she has been banned from all WalMart properties since 2009 following another larceny incident.

Dalton was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100 cash bail.

She is scheduled to return to Town of Granby Court on June 27 at 7 p.m.
