OSWEGO, NY – An inmate at Oswego County Jail allegedly stole a television from a residence and later used the victim’s ID at a pawn shop to sell the television
At 9 a.m. Monday, Ashlee A. Ryan, 20, of 111 W. Broadway, Fulton, was arrested at the Oswego County Jail for Petit Larceny; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree, Forgery, 3rd degree; Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree and Identity Theft, 3rd degree, all class A misdemeanors.
The charges stem from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Palermo on May 22 where she had allegedly had stolen a television from a residence, brought it to a local pawn shop and used a victim’s ID to sell the television.
Ms. Ryan was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court by Hon. Judge Avery and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond for the Petit Larceny charge with a return to the T/O Palermo Court on June 11 and a bail set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond for the other charges and a return to Village of Central Square Court on June 20.
At the same time, Ms. Ryan was arrested based on a warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square Court by Hon. Judge Avery.
She was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond with a return to Village of Central Square Court on June 20.
