FRANKLIN, Tenn. — Fulton resident Jacquelyn Primrose is sharing her fruitcake recipe with other hometown cooks at Just A Pinch Recipe Club®, the new online community created for and by cooks in hometown America.

Primrose’s Hawaiian Fruitcake was selected from among thousands as a blue-ribbon stand-out on the Club’s website, www.justapinch.com. To land the distinction, she used her own twist on the popular dessert, using pineapple and walnuts to create a tropical-flavored fruitcake that was both tasty and easy to prepare. The blue ribbon was awarded by Janet Tharpe, hostess and recipe tester for Just A Pinch Recipe Club®.

The Hawaiian Fruitcake recipe is available to view, print and share at no charge through the online club.

Founded in 2009, the Just A Pinch Recipe Club® is an online community of hometown cooks across America who view and rate thousands of recipes, as well as swap and chat about recipes, build menus, access grocery lists and get coupons for recipe ingredients and other household items. The Club offers free and premium memberships, in addition to branded merchandise available through its new online store.
